ICIMOD Delegation Visits NWU
On December 9th, a six-member delegation from the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) visited Northwest University. The International Center for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is a learning and knowledge-sharing center for governments in the region, serving the eight member countries (including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, Nepal and Pakistan) of Hindukush-Himalaya region. The headquarter of ICIMOD is located at Kathmandu. ICIMOD aims to research, protect, and develop the natural and biological resources of Hindukush-Himalaya region, and improve the living conditions of the area.
