On the afternoon of November 15th, NWU held a conference, announced the appointment and dismissal of university leaders and administrators decision by the provincial party committee. The provincial party committee decided that Prof. Sun Qingwei as a member of the NWU party committee of Northwest University, enlisted standing committee, deputy party secretary and vice president (presiding over administrative work); remove Prof. Guo Lihong from his service of being the president of Northwest University as well as other party responsibilities.
On the morning of November 19th, NWU held another conference, announced the appointment and dismissal of university leaders and administrators decision by the provincial party committee. The provincial party committee decided that comrade Jiang Lin will be served as a member of the party committee of Northwest University, standing committee, and secretary; removed comrade Wang Yajie from the service of being the party committee secretary of Northwest University and other responsibilities.
