On December 15, 2025, a delegation from Northwest University, including Party Secretary JIANG Lin, President SUN Qingwei, Deputy Party Secretary ZHANG Qing, and Vice President FAN Daidi, specially traveled to Peking University and Tsinghua University to hold the “Capital Talent Gathering, NWU Dream Building” PhD and Postdoctoral Talent Recruitment Fair. During the event, the university leadership held in-depth exchanges with HE Guangcai, Party Secretary of Peking University, NING Qi, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Peking University; and BAI Benfeng, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Tsinghua University. More than 240 PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers from Peking University, Tsinghua University, and other Beijing-based research institutions attended the event. Responsible persons from relevant departments of NWU and deans (Party secretaries) of all schools and departments participated. The recruitment presentation was hosted by ZHANG Qing.
