From September 12 to 13, the 28th National Symposium on Historical Theory, co-hosted by the Research Office of Foreign Historical Theory and Historiography of the Institute of Historical Theory, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the School of Country and Region Studies of NWU, was held on the Chang’an campus. Han Zhibin, vice president of the university, together with more than 90 experts from over 40 universities, research institutions and academic journals, including the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, the National University of Singapore and NWU, attended the symposium. The opening ceremony was moderated by Ren Huilian, secretary of the Party Branch (directly affiliated) of the School of Country and Region Studies. (School of Country and Region Studies)
